Our Story

Clifton CRE is a New Jersey commercial real estate brokerage focused on industrial leasing, with a growing sales practice serving owners, landlords, and investors statewide. Founded by Meir Mizrachi, the firm was built around a simple goal: give landlords and property managers a hands-on, efficient leasing service that shortens vacancy periods and increases net operating income and asset value.

Our team of licensed brokers and sales associates works properties from Bergen and Passaic County down through Union, Essex, and the Jersey Shore markets — with dedicated local coverage now extending into Monmouth and Ocean County from our Lakewood office. Whether the asset is a single warehouse unit or a multi-tenant industrial park, we manage the leasing process from first canvass call to signed lease.

Meir Mizrachi founded Clifton CRE with the goal of providing landlords an efficient solution to ensuring properties maintain high levels of occupancy, thus maximizing a portfolio’s net operating income / total value. He leverages his knowledge of complex real estate transactions as well as strong sales and communication skills to ensure Clifton CRE achieves its goal of providing landlords a hands-on and efficient leasing service.

Shlomo serves as the Head of Operations for Clifton CRE overseeing operational performance for all lease and sale transactions. He is a strategic thinker with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence. His leadership and attention to detail help streamline processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless experience for brokers, landlords, and tenants alike.

Denisse is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Clifton CRE. Her creative and strategic approach is instrumental in strengthening the brand’s presence, fostering engagement and lasting connections with clients and partners. Denisse directly oversees the following: Website Management, Social Media, Advertising Campaigns, Flyers / Offering Memorandums, Client communications

Chaya is a NJ licensed Real Estate Agent and acts as Clifton CRE’s commercial real estate sales specialist. Her genuine interest in her clients success, paired with her proactive approach, allows her to guide clients through every step of the acquisition or sales process. She is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with their real estate goals

Zizha Teitelbaum is a dedicated Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate specializing in commercial real estate.
